4 pounds sweet cherries (8 cups)
1 medium size Granny Smith apple
3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Water Bath Processing time for this recipe is 10 minutes when your altitude is 1000 feet above sea level or less. After that let the jars rest in the canner with the flame off for 5 minutes before removing the jars. Check below for higher altitudes.
