Approximately 4 cups of canned cherries, drained
Cherry juice - reserved and divided
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp Almond extract
2 pie crusts
1 egg white
Granulated sugar for sprinkling on top
