She was on social media (KZitem among them), and I feel that SM can create a lot of pressure, since it's a way for some to gauge their popularity, and if a person is already dealing with issues, it can push them over the edge. Plus there are many sick/mean persons online who get a kick out of insulting attractive and talented women, especially black or mixed-raced women. I'm not a psychologist, but I find her manner of suicide telling. It makes me wonder why she chose a method that would literally destroy her body and appearance. Possibly because there’s a chance she wasn’t depressed, and maybe was pushed off the terrace. Her mother said that, as a broken mother. Her own mother even said that she hid it from her as well. Her mother was her best friend, I think she said that because that’s what the situation looked like. There could have been foul play involved. Just food for thought. Tyra Banks is a perfect example. Beautiful model, went up and down in weight after her prime years. Tyra, I’m sure could have also had thoughts, as many women do, about aging. A lot of women are depressed. For Cheslie not to show ANY signs, not even to her mother, is highly suspicious. I hope there is an investigation going on behind her death. Her friend was a good friend, who saw no signs at all, her coworker sitting next to her said the same thing. No one is that good as hiding every single sign of a multitude of being suicidal.

Depression and life, to that matter, is quite complex and yet simultaneously nuanced. Listen to some of her videos. In one where she shared family photographs, she specifically mentioned while reflecting on her childhood in one bright photo that her "energy had gone", that she was constantly "tired all the time". That's a specific reference to her troubled state. Apparently , she had lost the joy of living for some time , but was just pushing, till she could no longer push. In most of her veiled statements about herself, she was literally screaming for help to the world. Unfortunately, no one was really listening or seeing her pains concealed in all the glitz and glamour. She did not really hide her depression well. Only that people did not pay her much attention. Please-, listen to your loved ones, friends and colleagues and carefully observe them. To be candid, there are always telling signs that do not hide. There are always the movements, postures or verbal cues that should not be ignored. A little probing might help to break down any defense, and help to lead in the pathway of recovery. Of course, don't forget to pray as well.

Like where did that diagnosis come from ? Since that diagnosis is not a clinical term where did the family get it from to release it in a statement? Also why was she classified as a high functioning depressed person ? Cause i know ppl that depressed and I have never heard the term high functioning depression used to describe them . Her mom says that she did not disclose her struggles to anybody but shortly before her passing.... like when she explaining her issues to her mom , it must have been mild enough for her mom not to be panicked cause her mom seemed quite shocked by the passing . She had no social media activity in 4 days . Like what happened in those 4 days ? Our family maintained in the presence of others: engaged in conversation, made sure others were OK and did not experience intense emotions during public gatherings for my father. Especially when you deal with the public for many years your behavior sometimes tends to be reserved when all eyes are on you. I am used to this being the "preacher's daughter". I learned that for myself. My deep grieving I only wanted to share alone or with intimate family. Grief, especially unexpected death, leaves one numb, confused, off balanced while dealing with others and yourself. As I read some comments, I'd say don't judge the way one processes death. She lived in an unrealistic world where thinking beauty doesnt age, but remains youthful forever. That way of thinking is completely off for a grown adult. One of the early lessons of life is that living things die. Trees or flowers are not green all the time. There are 4 seasons and every season you must expect change. Although this Gayle says here that she is "making a difference in her death" (by deterring one fan from suicide), the larger truth is the exact opposite: such tragedies often inspire despair and "copycat" behavior in fans. So, we need now to watch those young people who were close social media followers. Wished Gayle had stated this more accurately. Missed opportunity.

Strangely, there was a "Chelsea" Kryst on Twitter who mirrored Cheslie's feelings of suicide. Since Cheslie's death, that account has also gone dormant. One theory is that it was either an empath who also committed suicide or Cheslie's alter ego...

Unfortunately some people are saying they won't believe it unless they see footage. Goodness, they will wait forever because why would anyone just allow a clip of how their loved one died to be aired publicly? Someone who is depressed suffering and it’s obvious by anyone. High functioning people can go to work or hang around friends, family, etc. and no one will ever know they are surfing inside. The signs are there but they are not obvious. It’s like having to look through a microscope to see it. And usually people don’t notice until tragedies like suicide happens. So then people go back and actually see the signs that they didn’t see in real time before. Trust me. It exists.

Why all the conspiracy theories? Yes. A successful person can die by suicide. No one is immune to it.. I know a successful doctor who died by suicide. She had 3 kids. She was active, bubbly, close with her siblings.. no one knew. Now her family is spreading awareness about burnout at work and encouraging those who feel suicidal to get help.. I've had several failed attempts. Not sure why God keeps me here.. Anyways. It is possible for someone to have it all and die by suicide..sometimes suicide isn't planned. It can be impulsive. My attempts were not planned. It was impulsive and I felt at those times I should be gone.. when you're in that mindset not much can bring you out of it.. It's sad that Cheslie died by suicide but people can hide their pain very well. When others find out I live with depression they ask me how that's possible if I smile, look nice, have a business.. When I'm alone that pain comes out. I don't show my mental illness to many because there's such a stigma. It's 2022. Educate yourself.

We live in a society that makes people feel like they have to always be on their game, no one is prefect. Allow yourself and others around you to say that you need help or that they need help, it is okay to say that you need help!!!! NO MORE SHAME!!!! I have watched a lot of videos about this beautiful young lady and in some of them she spoke about aging out in reference to the pageantry world. Being the oldest to win the title of of Miss USA, this thing about running out time was ebbed in her due to this life style of pageants. Then she steps into Hollywood were she is dealing with even more pressures surrounding the age factor in Hollywood. We have got to normalize our conversations around mental health in a hurry people. Everything we do starts in our mind; why not treat it like any other body part that we rush to doctor seeking help for.

According to insider, Cheslie was having a career crisis. Many of her childhood friends and family wanted her to pursue a career in law, instead of her career as a "correspondent" for Extra - which didn't pay well. And according to our insider, the struggle with what to do with her career, "weighed heavily on her." Also, the insider claims that Cheslie was allegedly a member of the LGBTQ+ crew - and possibly a closeted lesbian. The insider claimed that Chelsea - who was deeply religious - was struggling with being open about her sexuality.
