Chest Workout With Dumbbells - At Home No Bench | Serious Follow Along Home Full Workout
This 45 minute chest follow along at home workout is a serious follow along home workout. It's a dumbbell upper body workout including two blocks of chest and biceps exercises. The first block contains 8 chest and bicep exercises and the second block 6 exercises. You will perform each upper body exercise for 40 secs followed by 20 secs rest.

Block 01
1. Dumbbell Floor Press / Dumbbell Chest Press
2. Elevated Deep Push Up
3. Alternating Hammer Curl
4. Single Dumbbell Small-Grip Curl
5. Dumbbell Narrow Press
6. Dumbbell Fly
7. Hanging Biceps Curl (R)
8. Hanging Biceps Curl (L)
Block 02
1. Incline dumbbell Press
2. Dumbbell Pullover
3. Dumbbell Drag Curl
4. Dumbbell Reverse Curl
5. Decline Dumbbell Press
6. Dumbbell Hold Alternating Curl
