The portion of the video where you were cutting the strings was unclear I thought you meant 2 strings of each color that are each 1 meter long because you said ten strings. I didn’t know you were going to fold them in half. On the next videos could you show you cutting each string.

Finally, at 23 years old, I’m able to make a chevron bracelet! I’ve been trying since I was 10. This tutorial was INCREDIBLE! I even made the teardrop loop with no problem. Thank you so much for this! I can’t wait to watch more of your videos ♥️

This tutorial was so great, and I am so so happy with my results! I used coral pink, white, and a dark/light grey. I have started making bracelets not to long ago, and have only known how to make candy stripes until now. I am so obsessed with the chevron pattern!!! Knotting /making the loop 4:52 the knotting loop on the left side Make a 4, pull string through, The make a backwards 4 and pull thread through. 3 on this side, flip over and 3 on that side. On that side, start with a backwards 4 knot. 12:11 knotting the strings in their order. Start with first color string 13:50 knot the second string color, leave the first color string out then do the same thing. 17:31 do a knot with the inner two strings - a forward four knot twice. Keep tension tight

Thank you for making these videos! You’re an exceptional teacher! I’m a mom of 2 and haven’t made friendship bracelets since the late 1980’s but my bracelets were never this cool! In the beginning for measurement you said one meter then 2 which one is the right one?

2 meters, you need to cut your strings to 2 meters long and then fold them in half to make one meter. I hope that helps and sorry it wasn't understandable in the video

I don’t know if anyone could possibly answer my question but I’ve been making these bracelets for a couple months now thanks to this tutorial and I seem to have everything down except for every time I make them, they are always leaning to the right and I have to continuously tape it down otherwise it’s curved. if anyone could help me out I’d really appreciate it and thank you for such an amazing tutorial!

I think it might be because you tie your knots tighter on one side so your bracelet starts leaning. But I'm not completely sure.

I have followed this video twice now, and I really like it only because you're doing it almost-real-time. It would've been way easier if you had more clarity in what you were saying though, you yourself sounded very confused, even though I knew you weren't because you knew everything of what you were doing. My bracelets turned out great! Just got a little frustrating because I couldn't understand what you exactly meant

In macrame we call that knot a half hitch knot. So it's a backwards forward H H knot. Good work. 👍😂🙏

You could also take a safety pin through your knot instead of tape. Then take your saftey pin an pin it into a pillow, couch, or chair than begin to knot

You can use yarn, but if you do the bracelet will come out bigger and you probably shouldn't wash it.
