If you want to add sausage would you put it on top of the cheese (under the top crust)? In the late 70's I lived in Lombard, worked in Northlake and ate stuffed pizza at Nancy's in Elmhurst.

Looks fabulous! Bottom crust was from 800g dough ball. Whatwas the weight of the upper crust dough ball?

Holy f*** that's alot of cheese 😂 I thought that was alot after u put cheese on there twice. But adding cheese 2 more times was awesome. U shoulda made it a meat lovers WITHOUT Canadian bacon...yuck!
