I love watching these guys play together. They are amazing and you can tell they admire the hell out of each other . Such harmonic invention.

everyone should steal this melody for all keys, but on the four note, go up an octave, it is one of the first melodys that you can teach yourself how to compose etc

A very colorful arrangement of a Beatles classic..imsure Sir Paul McCartney would throughly enjoy this. Not so much John Lennon as he was not keen on the jazz idom.

cool, i never liked to double the melody because things like at 549 can appear to audiences like, what was that?

perhaps if one goes back to their earlier collaborations, one would see their experimentation & originality rather than punk-trolling a non-contextual criticism that is in itself ironically a form of arrogance...what have you done lately maestro ?

My problem with this arrangement is the smooth flow of the song (in the original version) is interrupted and choppy. There‘s an uncomfortable absence of melody. Corea‘s arrangement often has a harsh dissonance. It‘s not interesting when we know the arranger is trying to be different (for the sake of being different).
