TOP TIP - Chick peas!
I love chick peas and hummus.
Tinned ones are great and convenient but the dried ones are much cheaper and they have a better texture and taste.
But they do take a little more prep. I batch soak, cook and freeze them by laying the cooked chick peas on a baking tray and freeze for an hour, then pop them in a bag and use them like frozen peas so you don't need to soak and cook them everytime!
