Ingredients:
For Dough:
1- Bread Flour - Maida (2 Cups)
2- Sugar - Cheeni (1 Tea Spn)
3- Salt - Namak (1 Tea Spn)
4- Yeast (1 TBL Spn)
5- Oil (3 - 4 TBL Spn)
For Chicken Filling:
1- Oil (2 TBL Spn)
2- Onion - Payyaz (2 - Chopped)
3- Boiled Shredded Chicken (Half Breast / As Required)
4- Soya Sauce (To Taste)
5- Chilli Sauce (To Taste)
6- Vinegar - Sirka (To Taste)
7- Salt - Namak (1 Tea Spn / To Taste)
8- Chilli Flakes - Kutti Lal Mirch (1 Tea Spn / To Taste)
9- Black Pepper - Kali Mirch (1 Tea Spn / To Taste)
10- Bread Flour - Maida (2 TBL Spn)
11- Milk - Doodh (Half Cup)
Directions:
Dough:
1- Knead maida with sugar, salt, yeast and oil.
2- Grease with oil and let it rise for 20 - 25 minutes
3- After rising knead more to make it smooth
4- Cut into parts
5- Knead to make bread shape
Chicken Filling:
1- Fry onions until it changes colour
2- Add boiled shredded chicken and all the spces
3- Add bread flour and milk and mix
4- Let it cool
5- Apply pizza sauce on bread dough
6- Add prepared mixture on bread dough
7- Add cheese (Loads of it)
8- Close to make bread shape
9- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes on medium flame
