450 g Boneless chicken
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1-2 green chilies
1 tbsp tomato paste/puree
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 small capsicum
pinch of turmeric
*For Dough
2 cup Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp powdered milk full fat
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup warm water or
(as needed to knead
the soft dough)
