I’m amazed the chicken held together after the first bake when you flipped it. These “experimental” videos are a world of help for us people who ride the middle.

I'm glad it was helpful. Every time I have made these they have held together well. 😊

I made mine my package of chicken was 1 lb and it’s been cooking almost 70 min lol few things I didn’t know, to use the back of the pan to get it thinner, so we will see what happens I just flipped it and turned up the oven, I had it on 300 now it’s 400 and I’ll watch it closer. Hope this all works out! 🤞🏻

Ooooo. That looks interesting. Jerky never thrills me, so do chips instead. I wonder what a bit of shallow deep frying would do.

That's an interesting thought!! I might try that next time.

What temp are you baking these at? Stay Fitness also has this recipe. I followed her suggestions and I liked the end result except it tasted a little burnt. And I used ground turkey. Nice and crunchy snack idea!

350 degrees. I do have a convection oven. I'm not sure that makes a difference or not.

I sliced potatos (about 1/10 inch thick) and deep fry kettle style in butter until golden brown Super Tasty Ate about 70# in about a month as a test - gained no weight Would love someone to do a glucose level test with them

Very interesting. There are people that I have seen that wear glucose monitors and test their blood sugar. I would recommend contacting them. Maybe one of them would do that.

I will try this! Wondered if you ever tried brushing melted butter on after you flipped it? Would that help with the “crunch”?

I haven't tried brushing with butter. If you try it, please let me know how it turns out.

I just watched a guy do this but we needed a food processor. Thanks for solving that! GROUND chicken instead of a whole chicken, cooked breast! :) I did the same technique with my "cheez its". Worked perfectly! Will definitely give this a try. Thanks! Oh... 1 lbs of ground chicken to 1/2 TEASPOON of salt? I do use Redman's but that hardly seems like enough... :) I'm looking to create "chips for my sour cream and onion dip". :)

Add as much as you think. I like to use kinders to add more flavor.

This looks like after it's done, you can use it as a pizza crust!!!!

Absolutely! Another idea is to make a cottage cheese pizza dip, flavor the chicken with Italian seasonings, and dip.

I didn't see your comment, sorry about that. Yes, 1 lb of ground chicken.

For seasonings, use what sounds good. I've used the basics salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
