This chicken curry with chole is one of my favourites. This straightforward yet tasty stew is particularly well-liked in Punjabi communities in Pakistan and India, where chicken chole is a favourite dish. I didn't realise how delicious it tastes until I tasted it for the first time years ago, and this chicken chole curry quickly became one of my favourites.
Try it this weekend if you dare. You will undoubtedly adore it.
