Fifteen Spatulas Those look incredible. Loved that u used the panko bread crumbs for that extra crispiness. Nice touch on the grainy mustard as well. Thanks for collaborating. :)

I always spread butter on the outside of my toasted sandwiches to crisp them and my family think im weird! Lol if you really want to spoil yourself, sprinkle a little parmesan on top at the last minute, its a real treat! :-) x

Use a slightly softer bread (Dutch crunch being my go-to, hard breads risk breaking teeth), switch the deli ham for bacon, the mustard for basil or cilantro pesto and the Swiss cheese for Havarti. Then cram as many long slices of jalapeno as I can fit. :D

Agree!!! I hate when they use such a hard bread that rips the roof of my mouth! I never order them out for that reason!

Klimt Kahlo Not just worrying about my teeth breaking, the really crusty bread usually means taking a bite of your sandwich has all your sandwich insides falling out.

Fifteen Spatulas When you're battling 30 foot seas and 40 mph winds in the dark of night..and you're in the middle of nowhere on a stupid sailboat...this sandwich is a lifesaver!...First because it's simple...next bc it's hot, and,. finally... bc it's nearly waterproof! Hahahaha! ..Yes...it takes all kinds...and we follow you and we're traveling all parts of the world! Unintentionally perhaps...but you made one Sock Monkey very happy! He even threatened to mutiny and swim to your house to get "decent food." I keep promising him you'd make Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispy Treats but not sure how long I can hold him down! Whatever you fix will just have to do!

I love your sandwiches but I have to ask this ( can I use or make a sauce to dip them in as I take a bite on them as I go eating them ? Sort of like Chicago Italian beef sandwiches ? Idk I'm thinking of an extra pazzaz on them in case the bread is to hard for some people ? So any ideas?
