Hey :)
Todays recipe is a super easy and quick to make, chicken curry Indian restaurant style, (you can use chicken, lamb, veg etc instead if you prefer.
I cooked this BIR curry in less than 10mins and you can do the same.
You can follow along as this video has not been edited however please make sure you have all your precooked items freshly cooked or warm. if not then please adjust your cooking times accordingly.

250-300ml base gravy
2-3tbsp veg oil
6 pieces of precooked chicken cubes
1tsp ginger garlic paste
handful of fresh coriander
1chefs spoon of tomato puree
quartered 2 pieces tomato
pinch of salt (add to taste)
1/4 tsp methi leaves
1tsp Mix Curry power
1/5tsp chilli powder (optional)
