Yea, I don't like eggs in my fried rice for some reason. it's not as if I don't eat eggs though. I would think it's dark soy sauce they're using. Thx for your continued support.

I have always wondered how to make Caribbean Chinese Rice. I'm Guyanese and my Puerto Rican husband is in love with our food. This is my first video of yours that I've watched. I'm going to make an attempt to make this rice and let you know how I do. Thank you for putting up this video. I was impressed with the overall production and clarity that you provided while explaining each step. It makes it so much easier for beginners.

Recipe#2 So again my husband i agreed to try a second recipe from ur collection and it was a total success. But i added my own twist green peas, corn, dashed in some shrimp and a few pieces of already cooked beef pot roast diced small and instead of ur famous shallowbelly i used finely minced green onion to top it off. Amazinggggg and additional soy sauce as u suggested for a more darker color. Thanx for sharing. Ps: I also bought ur chinese 5 spice seasoning got it at my local Walmart store but i find it gives off a cinnamon smell/flavor. Not my fav thing but i might use very minimun next time. And the big question is where is the best place to buy your cookbook? And price plz?
