Ingredients: (for 40 Gyoza)
DOUGH
- 300g of Type 55 Flour
- 175ml boiling water
- 1 pinch of salt
THE JOKE
- 300g of chopped chicken fillet
- 1 green onion (in branch)
- 150g cabbage
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove of grated garlic
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (Maïzena)
THE SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoon of rice vinegar
