Ingredients :-
• Chicken fillets- 400 grams
• Garam masala- 2tsp
• Kasoori methi- 2tbsp
• Mint leaves- handfull
• Coriander- handfull
• Hung curd- 4tbsp
• Black salt- 1/2 tsp
• Lemon- 1
• Salt- 1/2 tsp
• Ajeena moto- 1tsp
• Ginger- 1 inch
• Garlic cloves- 12
• Green chilli- 8 to 9
• Chatmasala- 1 tsp
• Cheese for decoration
Instructions :-
• Make paste of mint leaves, coriander, garlic cloves, green chilli and ginger.
• Apply paste and all ingredients to chicken fillets.
• keep marinated chicken in fridge for 5 to 6 hours.
• fry chicken fillets for 20 to 25 mins (make sure chicken is cooked from both the sides).
• or else u can bake at 180 degree.
• And serve with mayonnaise .
