The chicken thighs in the air fryer are very reminiscent of those cooked on the grill (only the typical smoky aroma is missing). The hot and dry cooking environment allows you to crunch the skin which, at the end of cooking, crunches like a Pringles. To give the preparation an extra gear, I added a little smoked paprika (just to remember the aromatic notes given by the smoke when cooking this dish on the barbecue). The result is a second course of meat that is very easy to prepare and which is probably one of the best dishes you can make in the airfryer.
