Ingredients required
Onion 2 chopped
Oil to cook - 2 tablespoon
Salt as required
Chicken liver - 200 gms
Elachi - 2
Curry leaves - few
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Home made garam masala powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Preparation method
Wash the chicken liver in water.
Heat 2 spoons of oil, add oil, add chopped onions & cardamom, and saute well until translucent. Add salt to avoid burning of onions. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add home made garam masala powder, coriander powder, mix well so that the powdered spices are evenly coated on the chicken liver. Simmer and cook so that the chicken liver cooks in it's own juices. Cook until the juices reduce...add pepper powder and saute.
Add curry leaves and mix well...

Turn off the flame and serve with ricenchapathi,roti.
