Here is the recipe ingredients for Malai Chicken handi....
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Boneless chicken : 500 gram
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp / as req.
Now marinate it for 30 minutes in fridge
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻:
Oil : 1/3 cup
Onion : 2 medium size - fine chopped
Now cook it on medium flame until color changes to light golden
Add marinated chicken
Cook it until chicken color changes to white
Tomato paste : 1 large size
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 12 to 14 minutes.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲:
Milk : 1/4 cup & Cashew nuts : 14 to 15
Now make paste using blender
𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴:
After 15 minutes
Milk and cashew nuts paste
Dairy cream : 3 tbsp
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes
Fresh chili
