I have to applaud Chef for he explains very explicitly and keeps repeating which I don’t think so anyone repeats constantly. I love but too much sugar and oil for deep fried. Nothing to do with the recipe but I hate too much sugar

No one uses ketchup for Chinese food, use t6omato puree, auger salt, soya sauce and a little bit of vinegar, and lemon sauce

Very poor way of showing a recipe. He's not aware of the time being consumed. Sounds like an amateur. My son showed the same recipe in 3 mins on his channel.

I love Chinese food and the best is in Pakistan. I tried in US from Pakistani restaurant but I didn’t like it at all.. But deep fried chicken and the sauce is not so healthy for ketchup and sugar are added, it’s needed but not for me.
