Ingredients For Meatballs:
- 640g Ground Chicken Thigh
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onions (Strained from water)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper (Strained from water)
- 1/2 Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Tsp of Cumin, Coriander & Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp of Paprika & Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt to Taste
- 2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tsp Grated Garlic
Mix Well & Leave it for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- After 30 minutes wet hands & shape Meatballs as shown.
Frying Meatballs:
- 1 Cup Cooking Oil
- Fry Meatballs until golden brown
- After Frying set aside for later
Now reduce some oil and clean up frypan.
- Add 1 Cup Onions
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1 Tsp Tomato Paste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Parsley
Saute 2- 3 minutes & set aside for later.
White Sauce making:
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cube Chicken Bouillon
- 1 Cup Light Cream
Simmer Until Sauce Thickened.
Now Heat up a Comal Pan & Leave Stove Flame Low Heated.
- Pour Onions Tomato
- Arrange All Fried Meatballs over Onions & Tomato
- Pour White sauce Over Meatballs
- Spread Lots Of Mozzarella Cheese
- Cover & Cook On a Low Flame Until Cheese Melts
- Sprinkle Chopped Cilantro
