Label a bag marked CHXBones and buy bone-in-poultry throughout the season; discard skin, gristle, joints and bones into CHXB-bag: when the bag is full, pile them into a pot, salt, bay leaf, stalk of lemongrass, cover with water, & boil briefly several times a day, stirring vigorously to disconnect and expose further collagen rich tissue. It's bones, and leaves and twigs and shit; overcooked garbage tea.

This guy has the audacity to say "you suck at cooking" (yes I know it's satirical and not meant to be serious), yet he does not make his own chicken broth. I personally buy a whole roast chicken from Costco (because it's like $5 for a whole roasted chicken, stupid cheap). Trust me, making your own chicken broth is wayyyy better than the store bought stuff, and you can also control how much sodium is in it. Store bought stuff usually has too much salt for my taste. I eat the meat and save the carcass for boiling my chicken stock. I also think people should use chicken thighs (not drumsticks, but thighs, there is a difference) for their soup instead of breast because chicken breast tends to be very dry and not as tender as the thigh meat. Also make sure to add some MSG. And no, MSG won't kill you, that is a myth. Everything else in the video is correct.
