CHICKEN OMELETTE RECIPE:
Ang MANOK AT ITLOG ay isa sa mga source of protina na pangunahing pangangailangan ng ating katawan. Ang manok at itlog ay dalawa sa pinakapaboritong iulam ng mga Pinoy. Ito ay isang lutuin na kakaiba pero magugustuhan nyo. Madali lang gawin at madaling sundan ang recipe na eto. Masarap kainin kahit walang kanin! Try our version of cooking, I'm sure you will love it!
CHICKEN OMELETTE:
Marinade:
1 kilo chicken, thigh part
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
3 tbsp Fish sauce
Main ingredients:
10 large eggs, scrambled
2 big white onions, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 eggplants, boiled
1 can of mushroom, 284g
1 bundle of water spinach (kangkong)
1 tbsp melted butter
Cooking Oil (coconut oil recommended) for frying
