These are the most easy and tasty Pakoras that I have made. So yummy !!
Ingredients
200 gms Chicken breast - cut in small cubes
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 medium Onions - sliced
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves - chopped
1 teaspoons kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 gram flour (channa atta)
1/4 cup water
500 ml Oil for deep frying
Method
Crush coarsely 1 teaspoon coriander seeds and1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Add to a large bowl
Add to this 200 gms Chicken breast (Cut in small cubes)
2 medium Onions - sliced, 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped, 1 teaspoons kashmiri chilli powder,
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,
1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda,3/4 gram flour (channa atta)
1/4 cup water and mix everything well
Place a wok or kadai on medium high heat
Add 500 ml oil and get it nice and hot
Add small lumps of the Chicken bhajiya batter to the oil
Fry for 8 minutes, turning them every 2 to 3 minutes
Fry the Bhajiyas in 2 to 3 batches for you don't over crowd the kadai or wok
Enjoy these Chicken bhajiyas with some mint chutney
