Well done Latif! The basic marinade is all correct. You may add an egg to it for better binding. Now the variations, add a spoonful of soya sauce that will give it a colour too(go easy on salt) ... best if you are intending to make Chinese dish out of it, could be chilli chicken, honey glazed garlic chicken or the variations. You will have to toss it in the suitable sauce. There are two varieties of red chilies you will find, one for spiciness and another for colour, which goes by the name as "Kashmiri Mirch(Chilly)", which is more or less Paprika. You may try that for colour. You may graduate it to another popular dish called Chicken 65 which will require Curry leaves. Pakora's as such will also require you to add "Chaat Masala" on it before serving. You will find it easily at any Indian store. Chicken breast should not be cooked more than 10-12 minutes else, it gets fibrous and hard. Best wishes from an Indian cooking enthusiast! Keep rocking!

When I read this comment I was sceptical, supermarkets are never the same but I went ahead and got a couple of bags and totally agree with you - they are amazing. Make the sauce using crucials yoghurt and mint sauce, add a tiny drop of mango chutney, generous squirts of tomato ketchup (maybe half the amount used of the yoghurt & mint sauce) and chilli powder to taste and you have a carryout. I love this because I hate the smell of cooking oil, of course, I will try Latifs recipe - once I get an outdoor gas stove. Thanks for the heads up Anteater23 !
