Chicken Sizzler Biryani || how to make chicken sizzler biryani at home?
Ingredients:
(For marination)
1.5kg- chicken
1.5tbsp- ginger garlic green chilli paste
1.5tbsp-tandoori masala
1-egg
1/4 tsp-black pepper powder
3tbsp-cornflour
Red food colour
Salt to tase
(For masala)
4- big tomatoes puree
2tbsp- ginger garlic green chilli paste
1tsp-garam masala powder
2tsp-kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2- tsp- haldi
1tbsp-tandoori masala powder
1/4 tsp-black pepper powder
2tbsp-hot n sweet sauce or tomato ketchup
2tsp-red chilly sauce
2tbsp-Schezwan chutney
Salt to taste
Butter
1/2 cup- dahi
4- big onion birista
2- capsicum
Coriander leaves
Ghee
Coal
Whole spices or your choice
(Fir rice)
1kg- basmati rice (soaked for 1 hour)

Half lemon juice
Method-
Marinate the chicken after adding all the ingredients for at least 1 hour or overnight and just before frying add cornflour to it.Now fry the chicken until it is completely cooked.
Now add tomato puree in 1 bowl along with it add ginger garlic green chilli paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, black pepper powder, tandoori masala, hot n sweet sauce, Red chilli sauce, schezwan chutney and mix it well.Now heat oil, add whole spices and then add our prepared masala.Now add butter to it and cook the masala well until the tomato water dries up.When the masala are roasted well, add curd and fried onion to it and cook it until the water in the curd dries well.The masala in this biryani should be well cooked otherwise if the masala remains raw then the biryani will not be good.Now add capsicum, fried chicken and coriander leaves and adjust the consistency of the masala by adding water.Cook it for a while, then add ghee and smoke the coal into the masala.
Now boil water for rice and add whole spices, salt, ghee, lemon juice in it. When water boils then add basmati rice in it or cook it till 60-70 percent. Now strain the rice.To assemble the biryani, first add some rice. After that add the biryani masala. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves, fried onion, ghee.Now add all the rice in it. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves, fried onion, ghee, some food colour.Now cover the biryani well. Keep it on fast flame for 5 minutes and then keep it on low flame for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with raita.
