♦Ingredients for 4 to 5 servings♦
200g boneless chicken thigh (you can substitute beef or pork )
1 can tomatoes
1 pc medium size onion
4 pcs potatoes
1/2 pc carrot
3 cloves garlic
2 cubes consome broth or chicken broth
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp soysauce
1 pc bayleaf(laurel)
salt and pepper to taste
750 to 1000 ml water

コンソメスープの素 2個 固形タイプ
