Ingredients:
- Oil
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1cup Chicken boiled and shredded
- 1cup Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1cup Cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2tbsp Red chili powder
- 1tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/4tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2tbsp garam masala
- 1tbsp soya sauce
- Samosa Patti
- Egg
- Cheese cut in cubes
Directions:
In a pan, add some oil, ginger garlic paste and mix.
Add boiled chicken, give it a good mix and add your vegetables.
Saute them. Add some water if required.
Once done, add all your spices and soya sauce. mix well.
Now take a samosa patti, fold it as shown in the video and fill it.
You can make it with or without cheese.
Use a beaten egg to bind the samosa.
Fry until golden brown. serve with your favourite sauce or chutney.
you can also freeze these for upto one month.
