In a Salad Bowl add: 1 can of Chickpeas without their liquid, 2 cans of Steamed Farro, half an Onion cut into cubes, 1 Jar of Greek Yogurt, lemon juice (half a lemon), Salt, olive oil to taste and a little Chives. Mix well and Enjoy!
Ingredients 2 people
• 1 Can of Chickpeas 250 gr.
• 2 Cans of Steamed Farro 150 gr. Each
• 1 Jar of Greek Yogurt 150 gr
• 1/2 Red Onion
• Olive Oil, Salt and Chives
