I've seen this case before and I was just thinking about how strange it was that the "mother" came to court to sue for rent but couldn't find the time to get with her two kids and make amends. Get family therapy, trauma counselling etc. It's obvious she's made zero effort and it's no wonder the daughter says "we don't have a relationship", smdh 🥴🤦🏿♀️!! I'm always amazed at the segment of the population that is hellbent on forcing women to have kids they clearly don't want. This case is a perfect example of that. This woman is so caught up in her pain, her addiction, her life that she is unable to comprehend the lasting damage her selfish and reckless lifestyle has caused on her children. Although I wish her the best on her road to recovery, my heart and respect goes out to her daughter!! I hope she's doing well in life, has the right support system (boyfriend is a good ex.) and is able to slowly move on from this painful chapter 💖🙏🏿🙏🏿. Not everyone is meant to be a parent🤷🏿♀️.

Drug addicts are always like "you owe me" but they forget they probably owe the whole family and then some for looking after their children or giving them a place to stay or supporting them.

This was a sad case ! The daughter should've sued for emotional distress as well !! Praying for the daughter ❤️

I'm glad that both the defendant and her boyfriend have a supportive and encouraging bond between them. The plaintiff showed little remorse for her transgressions and could not see how her actions and drug use had put a tremendous toll on her daughter.

It’s funny how.. she didn’t want to the states take care of her OWN daughter since she hadn’t for 17 years,… but she will come to the states to take care of her BROTHER and later her FATHER. I’m sure she got paid to do it and only did it for her brother and father because of the money. Her mom is a SORRY EXCUSE FOR A MOTHER!!!!! 🚨🚨I feel sooo sorry for this beautiful young woman. I hope she continues to do amazing inspite of her mother’s neglect and abandonment.

Blaming the father for not letting her see her child! Hurd that excuse, If you really wanted to see your kid you would have. Someone I know believed that excuse & hurt the person who had been there through thick & thin, so be careful. Actions speaks louder than words. I hope the daughter can heal & be happy.

OMGGGGGG! The way the looked at each other when she won her judgment 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍😉 I wish them all the success & happiness that GOD has to offer them!! I also pray that GOD will soften the mothers heart & have her face what she trying so desperately to hide, everything was her fault, to blame it on anything else is a cop out, no matter what happens her daughter still loves her because that’s her mom & that’s the greatest pain she will have to get over but im praying the mother will make amends & do better for herself & move forward with a healthy relationship with her daughter!! 🙏🏼‼️

The look she had when the judge granted her judgement. It was kinda cute. I hope she's getting the help she needs. I'm glad her dude was there for her.
