Restaurant Style Indo-Chinese Chili Chicken इंडो-चाइनीज चिली चिकन
Ingredients:
800 grams Chicken Breast or Thigh - Cut into bite size pieces
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Egg to help coating stick to chicken
3 Tbsp Corn flour
Sauce:
3-4 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce- Sriracha/ Sambal OR any of your favorite chilli sauce
2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder OR 1/2 cube of Chicken boullion (Dissolve cube in 1 Tbsp of hot water before adding to sauce mixture)
For Stir-Fry:
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic - Roughly chopped
2 Medium Bell Pepper
2 Medium Onion
2-3 Green Onion - Chopped
Green chilies - For Garnish
