Chilli (Lamb Mince) | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients:
3tbs of Coconut oil
2 heaped tsp of Crushed garlic
Ground Spices:
2tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder
2tsp of Nagiahs everyday masala
1tsp of Cumin / Jeera powder
1tsp if Coriander / Dhania powder
1 tsp of Turmeric
1 Can Tomato, Onion mix & 1 can diced / puree tomato / 10 to 12 of Tomatoes
Mixed herbs / Fresh Rosemary is the best
2tsp of Sugar
Half a kg of Lamb mince (add bones if you can)
Salt
120ml / Half a cup of Water
Garnish with Cilantro / Coriander / Dhania
