Noi tutti dalle mie due parti dobbiamo imparare che il miracolo della Cina e anche un miracolo dell'Umanita'. e che dobbiamo apprezzarlo e non cercare di danneggiarlo. Each of the Eight Great Cuisines of China has its own unique flavors and characteristics. For example, Szechuan cuisine is known for its spicy and numbing taste with the use of Szechuan peppercorns and chili peppers, while Cantonese cuisine is famous for its light and fresh taste that emphasizes the original flavors of the ingredients. Fujian cuisine focuses on seafood and light seasoning, while Zhejiang cuisine is known for its light, fresh, and tender texture with a focus on seasoning combinations. Buona permanenza!

As long as you have been to China in person, you will know how abominable and full of prejudice in the media and government of Western countries. They will only make up various lies to discredit China every day. I just feel that ordinary citizens in the West are very pitiful, and they receive such error -filled news and information of prejudice and rumors every day.

I cycle often in Beijing. Every time I cycle to one place I just leave my helmet in the basket. I’ve even left my phone once in the basket. Nothing stolen so far (but I haven’t gone as far as not locking up my bike).

The BBC will say that everything you say is false. Western audiences will say that you have received money from the Chinese government.😂 Accusing China, the Chinese people and the Chinese government is the Political correctness of the West. We disdain arguing anymore. It doesn't matter, whatever they say will not affect our lives. We just need to know that we are doing well ourselves. Sometimes I feel even more pitiful when I see those people. They criticize others without seeing the sadness of their own lives.

You’re with the perfect person, Alex! Have a great time! Meanwhile….I’ll continue to watch with envy. My wonderful late Son spent almost 12yrs traveling in and through China. He fell in love with the people, beautiful country and culture. He got me and his Sissy into traditional painting and calligraphy…not to mention cooking. In fact, I’m about to make some Char Siu (BBQ Pork belly I had to order special…because here in the Poconos the only pork belly is that cured, Italian kind that looks more like bacon bits 😂), for me and my new neighbor (who it turns out, has also visited China and wasn’t impressed by our 1 “Chinese” restaurant in town…owned by a Vietnamese lady and her Indian husband…they DO have decent Pho, but…🤷🏼♀️). I’m TRYING to move this summer..but my new neighbor and our landlord are begging me to stay…because of my cooking. 😂. Sorry..my health issues require me to move either to be near my younger daughter (a nurse practitioner)…or my nephrologist who’s in China. (Our research team was defunded in 2018 and “adopted” by a kidney research center in China). Maybe one day I’ll win the lottery and finally get to China. 😁

Ms. Elaine, are you interested in Chinese food?

@@hgxxcghbn I JUST finished some rice & Chinese sausage 🥰, and a pork stir fry with my baby 青江菜 that I grew on my porch, and numerous other veggies. 😁. I have a Vietnamese “sister” who lived with us through my high school years. Then, in college, (MANY years ago 😂), I dated a man..from what was “Rhodesia”, but his family was originally from Guangzhou and he introduced me to Chinese sausage & Cantonese cooking. Then, of course, my incredible Son inherited my love of cooking and as he traveled across China he picked up MANY recipes. Last week I attempted to make a Uyghur Lamb & Rice dish..THAT turned out pretty good..my Uyghur flatbread? NOT so good…unless you like shoe leather 😂😂. I’ll try again… I might not be able to get to China..but..I will honor, respect and TRY and share the beautiful culture whenever I can. In fact, I’m staying up late tonight to TRY and catch my painting tutor online. A friend is sending me a rare paint pigment. I want to mix it..mull it, with my mingjiao and peach sap gum…at least I’m going to try..so I can use it on my xuan paper.

@@elaineg60 Cantonese sausage (Cantonese sausage), of course, you can also try Cantonese chicken, Chinese name is white cut chicken, very delicious, Uygur lamb rice, Chinese name is hand leg rice, Uighur bread (Nang) may be hard when it is cold, and it can be heated. It may become delicious, and I hope to see Elaine's beautiful paintings.

It's hard to see the information of your son. I am looking forward to traveling in China, even living, and seeing what your son likes it looks like.
