The China National Space Administration has issued its requirements for upcoming lunar missions, and called on engineers and universities to produce the necessary technologies and equipment.
Included is the specifications for a 100-kg robot which can shovel moon dirt, employ a solar-powered device to bake the dirt into bricks, then stack the bricks.
The equipment will be used on the Change'-8 mission, launching to the lunar south pole in 2028.
