Made this yesterday(braised pork) , changed the cooking wine to chicken stock and the green onions to red onions, cut the cooking time to 45mins-1hour cause of thin slices. It was so good! Fall off the bone. Well done chef! 10/10 will cook it again.

zhimou li+ Hello:) I am not Chinese. I have tried and tasted authentic chinese food. on my visit Shanghai, China; HongKong; Taiwan; It has different styles of chinese cooking. I think chef John Zhang is infusing/mixing western ingredients but with chinese way of cooking. I think it is brilliant :P

Chinese recipes always have two ways of cooking, one for chiefs, and one for u at home. Wut they call “certain amount” really means 1 tsp for u and at least 1 cup for them.
