Thank you for your sharing your knowledge with us! Really enjoy watching your content. I have had uterine polyps in the past, and bought some Angelica sinensis but am not too sure if it is the right remedy. Would be interested to see your recommendations in future videos of themes in womens health :) thank you again for your channel!

HI @Em, thank you for watching and I am very glad to hear you are enjoying my contents. As for Angelica sinensis for uterine polyps, a quick answer is, we don't tend to use one herb for one condition. As you can see in my channel, even herbs used in simple herbal soup or tea have strategies in them. For Chinese herbs to be more effective, combination of herbs based on each individual overall health, symptom presentation, severity of the condition, weather, etc is the uniqueness of Chinese Medicine. Quite different to Western medicine. I hope this makes sense. I wish you could find a good local Chinese Medicine practitioner who can support in this health journey. And thanks for the recommendation for the future videos. I will see what I can do for women health! It is such a big and complex topic! Take very good care and see you at my next video 😘

@@ChineseHerbalPantry you are welcome. 我明白。加油 Just want to update you that I already made Chinese black chicken soup. It tastes ok. However the chicken and herb was mixed so that I couldn’t separate them which chicken part and the herb part haha.I could wait for your clip. Don’t worry. If it could be possible, I wish you post bak bud teh (Malaysian and Singapore style) clip when you are free.

@polyangjoe, 谢谢 🤗 Oh great that you tried the black chicken soup! Which recipe from mine did you end up using the black chicken? I haven't had black chicken for a very long time, so I can't really remember what it tastes like 😂 Ha I love Bak Ku Teh too! So yummy! Frankly, I am so lazy, I just use good packet from grocery store 😂 This is because to make it well, we need a lot of herbs and spices, which can be a trouble. Thanks for the recommendation and I will see what I can do! Keep enjoy cooking with herbs! 🌿
