Thanks for sharing your recipes , this is my favourite buns . I would like to share with you about cooking and peeling egg shell in an easy way . Put all eggs in cookware and filling with cool water until cover all the eggs , bring it to boil for 15 minutes and remove the eggs to rinse in cold water for 5 minutes , than take the egg and gently press on the counter or chopping block with your palm and rolling back and forth to break the shell , and it’s easy to be peeled off , Try it , good luck .

Hi, When you cook the eggs 🥚 put one slide of lemon 🍋 with skin ( just like you drink hot water with lemon in the restaurant).stay healthy

I love you ve these pork buns, they are so delicious. I usually buy them the store but it's nice to see how to make them at home 👍
This recipe seems to have a Vietnamese twist with the glass noodles in the filling and milk in the dough(french colonial) : D Lap Cheong sausage too 😋 You could call it an Imperial Pork bun just put some turmeric in the dough to make it gold colour! I love your videos so very much, Thank you
