Chips in air fryer.
Ingredients:
Potatoes.
Green plantain.
Sweet potato
Oil.
Salt.
Preparation:
Peel and wash the vegetables.
Cut them in very thin slices through a kitchen mandolin.
For the potatoes and plantain, soak them in salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and dry the potatoes and plantain well on absorbent paper towels.
Place them in a bowl and drizzle the vegetables with oil.
You can also layer them in the fryer basket and then spray them with oil.
Any of the three vegetables cooks between 160° 180° C / 320° 350° F
From 8 to 10 minutes and in the middle of the cooking time you have to stir them very well and remove any of them that were together.
Add salt to taste.
