thank you very much Doc. I have just started my work-out journey and am very shock at fitness industry. It is pretty much a chaos. Lot of people do their own things without fully understanding whether the posture is correct or the exercise is safe or not. After watching your videos, i have decided to skip any exercises on youtube which require "flat back" in order to have stability for the movements. I think the only reason why your channel isn't popular is because of your videos' titles. Titles are very important. One quick question: if we need to brace core to stabilize our lower back, then how can we train our flexibility exercises which have a lot of rotation movement or bending (pilates for example)? Like Side stretch. I feel very weird to brace my lower back and stretching at the same time

Hey doc your videos are awesome,it realy help me with my spine,i have a question,when i exercise leg raise you mention that our lower back must not be flatten,can i have some pillow under my lower back and then raise legs,or it will hurt my back?sorry for my english its not too good 🙂

I had my first acute back episode 2 years ago at Orangetheory while on the rower. Had to be carried out of there by my husband! Returned to OT after a month of PT but have had repetitive acutr back injuries since... about 3 times / year. I haven't rowed in forever....always hop on the bike. Do you think there is a "safe" way to maintain lordosis on a rower?

There is yes, you just have to ensure your hip are mobile amd loosened up and be mindful of every rowing cycle. Make sure you do some disc centralization work before and after as well.
