This might be my favorite format for a talk show ever. Such good questions, guests can ask questions themselves, and everyone is given plenty of time to speak, literally uninterrupted lol.

This is exactly what I was thinking. I love what Shannon is doing what club Shay but I wish he could borrow something from this. The questions are tight, direct and highlighted. I also love having multiple guests and get to ask questions and give perspectives from the other's ideaa

This is an individual opinion from personal experience. Using well-spoken as a compliment feels terrible. I have received that compliment as a child and as an adult. Is it hard to speak well or is it hard for certain humans to speak well is what I comes off as. White people rarely receive the compliment well spoken because it is just assumed they would speak well. I know people will just say I'm being hyperbolic. I'm just telling you my truth. There are so many ways to compliment someone. Well-spoken is a bottom-of-the-barrel compliment. Compliment her intelligence, her ideas, her creativity, her style, her fashion, her beauty, her skill, her personality, her demeanor, her determination, her kindness, or any of her other attributes. End of rant. Good night.

JR’s first statements is why I can’t do anything besides strongly disagree with how most of the Black media personalities unconditionally defended Reese… It’s not that Reese had to be admonished or cancelled for the post game activity. However, the small glimpses of a lack of awareness ultimately become a JR and a Ja, and then we have to hear these same painful lessons impacting these bruhs and sistas in their mid- to late-30s. But can’t nobody speak to or about anybody in their 20s… And the media/content game is built on profiting greatly from these daily headlines.
