Ingredients (for 2 servings of 300 ml):
100 g of oats.
120 ml of milk.
3 bananas.
20 g of chia seeds.
150 g of Greek yogurt.
15 g of cocoa.
Mash 2 bananas- we should have about 200-220 g of puree.
Cut part of the third banana into cubes - we will need about 50 g.
Mix Greek yogurt and chopped banana.
Mix banana puree, oats, chia seeds, cocoa and milk.
Now it's time to assemble our oatmeal.
Start with a layer of our chocolate banana mix.
Now a layer of yogurt with banana, then add our chocolate mix again.
Spread remaining banana yogurt on top.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
