✅ INGREDIENTS
🔘 1 frozen banana
🔘 ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (any milk is fine)
🔘 2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter
🔘 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
🔘 ½ to 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
🔘 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
🔘 Assorted toppings (chopped nuts, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sliced banana, chopped apple, raisins, fresh berries, oats, ground flax, shredded coconut, chocolate chips)
✅ INSTRUCTIONS
🔘 Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender. Blend until smooth.
🔘 Pour blended smoothie into a bowl and garnish with desired toppings. Smoothie bowl is best served immediately, but leftovers can be kept covered in the refrigerator up to 8 hours.
