It's been a long time since I made a roll cake.
On a hot and humid day like this, roll cake is much easier than cake icing!
So, if you want to eat cream cake in the summer, we recommend the roll cake.
And I made this roll cake chocolate sheet with my own tips.
It's really moist and delicious, so it's delicious to eat just the sheet..?
I am a person who uses butter instead of oil whenever possible, but oil suits the roll cake sheet better!
Instead, since there is no butter flavor, I added vanilla extract or paste to keep the flavor.
Be sure to make it this way~ The combination of cream cheese whipped cream and chocolate sheet is amazing~^^

✔ Ingredients
➡Chocolate Sheet (30cmx30cm )
Large 4 Eggs
70-72g yolk
15g Caster sugar in yolk
1g salt
20g honey
60g Cake flour
20g cocoa (unsweetened) powder
30 g oil
42 g milk
4g vanilla paste (or extract)
135-138g egg white
55g sugar in egg whites
➡Cream
60g cream cheese
45 g Caster sugar
340g Heavy cream
Bake in a convection oven at 170℃(338℉) for 14 minutes (based on SMEG)
The temperature will vary depending on the oven you are using. In particular, there are many differences such as light wave oven, deck oven induction, etc., and there are many cases where it is 10-20 degrees higher than mine.
