Thank you so much sir its came out very well...If you explain steps about how you made tomato puree it will be better. Tomato Puree: 2 Tomato I took Added 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder for colour Boiled it for 20 mins Pasted it and filtered it Again boiled that in Pan with 1tsp jaggery and salt as required.

சார் தயவு செய்து தமிழ் நாட்டு சோலா பூரியை வட இந்தியா chole bhature என்று சொல்லாதீர்கள். அங்கு செய்கிற மாதிரி chole bhature தமிழ் நாட்டில் எங்கும் கிடைக்காது. செய்யவும் முடியாது. இது உங்களுக்கும் தெரியும். உங்களுக்கு bhature அதாவது பட்டுறே (भटूरे) ன்னு சொல்ல தெரியாமல் பாட்டுரா என்கிறீர்கள். ரெண்டாவது bhature என்றைக்கும் உருள கட்டையில் தேய்க்க கூடாது. கையால் தான் வட இந்தியாவில் தட்டி தட்டி செய்வார்கள். ஆக நீங்கள் செய்தது சோலா பூரி. சோலே பட்டுறே (चोले भटूरे) இல்லை. மக்களை Mislead பண்ணாதீர்கள்.

Small correction - it is pronounced “bha-too-raa” not “baa-thu-raa”. It’s a northern/northwestern Indian dish and the Hindi spelling is भटूरे (plural)

Nice for a change iku, chenna ukku badila fresh puu(caluflower) chinna, chinna da cut painee ,seventy percent oil fry panni matradayellam same to same murai padi saidu, (grinded chena paste Ku badila one or two spoon corn powder mix panee kongau, only optional thika venumbaluku) saputtu parungal, you will accept the dish better than kabulie chena batuva.
