Please compare with the Kinera Celeste Phoenixcall and the Kiwi Ears Quintet. This would be greatly appreciated to understand the differences. Thanks for the review 12:50 , Practiphile! 😃🎵🎶

Sure! For the phoenixcall. I feel like the phoenixcall has a more wow factor because of how it stages instruments. Tho i have to give tonality to chopin. Chopin sounds more correct and the bass is more satisfying. Phoenixcall is very unique in a good way tho.. As for quintet. Quintet sounds closer to nova. And i would advice getting the nova instead. The chopin has more 3D stage than the quintet for me. Maybe the quintet sounds wider and has more micodetails. But for overall fun factor, i think the chopin gets the pick. Thanka for watching! 😊

The MACRODYNAMICS of ESX is still something I really adore till date. Now that you've tried a bunch of sets lately which one of them do you consider to be fun sounding with a truck load of macro-detail (imaging)?

Tried with some dream theater and it was great. Also tried with BM tales of the destinies, and it was engaging as hell.. 😅

What if i buy Celest PHEONIXcall. And eq it Chopin from 20hz to 6khz Is it better buy than Chopin

You can try. But you are gonna use up ur bands. Phoenixcall doesnt have a crossover so you are gonna tame a lot down. For me personally tho, phoenixcall sounds good on its own, even with its weird tuning.. 😅

When people say it's very safe, it means exactly that it's not offensive but nothing stands out, you seem to be saying the same thing but disagreeing with other people. Thank for the review, I've only seen two from the Gizaudio guys which doesn't mean much.

What do you mean when you say the planars are more resolving? Do they sound more crisp and clean?
@Practiphile

Decays are more realistic and transients are fast. So i get a better perceived space.. in short, planars sound a bit more realistic in tone, except for cymbals..

Japanese metal band with girls only really? 😅 That's hardly what metal means to 98% of everyone else who actually listens to metal. To be fair I found your review extremely confusing, you're going back and forth for the most part and I just had that feeling by the end that alot of words were spoken and it's a banger for the price? 200€ is not cheap at all. At that point it's endgame for alot of people.

Try listening first and lets talk about it. Search Hanabie "i love sweets". Sorry for making you feel confused. But my impressions are relative to the number of IEMS I have heard in different price points. I was in Japan for 2 years and going to e-earphone was like going to school.

@@Practiphile I actually did before writing my comment because I don't really like to talk out of my ass. It's terrible just like I thought, the production alone is absolutely awful but hey man, whatever floats your boat. What I was trying to say is: refering to metal in general to a broad audience is far, far away from Japanese grindcore or whatever that travesty is; opeth, gojira, tool, just to name a few are the standard metal bands with great production value ,(most of the albums anyway). Heck, even trash metal from the 80's would be fine..

@@nunobaptista8379 point taken, tho im not a purist.For me, metal is about rejection, and what theyre doing is pretty metal to the metal scene itself. 😅
