Holding and using chopsticks may seem very difficult for many but we hope to help each and every one of you who have had some difficulty using them in the past.
For starters, remember that the way you hold them is in a relaxed state; the only time there's pressure is when you surround the chopsticks around the item to grab and it is at that moment that you actually bring the fingers together and grab the item. It's actually very simply once you get the hang of it.
Now if you've been using chopsticks for a while, try grabbing some uncooked rice and see how fast you can transfer each grain, from one plate to another. Let us know how awesome you are at using them in the comment section below.
