No doubt. George told me years ago he lost over 1.1 million on that 1990 cd......which was a loss financially. I was like, how? Ha....Incredible release, but we know what happened in 1991-1992. Thanks for video David

Amazing... my 2nd favourite guitar player ever. Mr. Scary is killer. His harmonics and unnorthodox approach to guitar is so cool. I love the use of triads and sus chords that he, Warren de Martini and Jake E. Lee made. And, of course, the king, EVH. As you said it yourself, there's a very strong relation between the way Warren, George and Jake play, and they are all kind of post-EVH generation, although George is older, but definitly they all drinked on EVH. I consider Nuno Bettencourt to be a kind of an "late post-EVH era" rock guitar player; the generation of players that where majorly influenced by Eddie.

Very accurate description of the 80's guitar world. I'd even say Warren, George and Jake are all "tasty" players. The outro on "Round and round " is so fluid. They are also "quirky".

Dammit Dave! You have no idea how much money I have spent on CDs and albums since I started watching your channel! Why do you have to always showcase the best of an artist/ group! Don't get me wrong, I am so grateful to you and your musical taste, but you keep showing ideas and bands I knew about but wasn't in to back in the day. Now I want to buy everything put out by too many bands. I need to win the lottery to afford all of the music you have introduced me to that I honestly dig. I guess wisdom does come with age. Dammit.

George Lynch is one of the best guitar players to come out of the 80s LA metal scene. Very impeccable playing. There's a 2013, HQ YT vid of his group live in Japan that really is a treat to see, where he plays Lynch Mob and some Dokken tracks. Awesome guitar playing, and he's playing his famous tiger-stripe guitar in that show, too.

One of my favorite solos George ever put to tape was from "Beast From The East" at the very end. Their last studio track before breaking up. The song is "Just Walk Away" but the solo is haunting. The way it ends with a sound like that of a gunshot gets me every time

I heard someone post a stupid comment about how George sounds like he doesn't know how to play anymore. I don't agree with that at all, but in think a lot of people don't understand George is always learning new stuff and he's not content to just stay with the same stuff he did in the 80's. Seems like he's always coming up with some new stuff. Honestly, I don't always like it and I'm stuck on his 80' s style stuff, but it doesn't take away from the fact that he is a legend .
