Chris is the arguably most under appreciated bodybuilder in ifbb history. Just shows how strong the lineups were back in the 90s and early 2000s.

The face to face format is great, keep rolling! 💪🏻👍🏻 PS. most I took was 1000mg test per week but in a cycle with post therapy. Felt great - ton of energy doubled my strength and gained 20lb muscle. No negative effects after 10 years and kept the weight - not everyone responds like that tho so if you decide to try this shit and the first cycle feels like crap just don't bother with steroids.

Really, how beautiful and separated body he had with very fibrous muscles. I really liked Dorian Yates's body, and since I was a child, I used to put his pictures on the wall of my room, and in gyms, Dorian Yates and Arnold classic pictures are everywhere. Bode is really a legend in the true sense of the word and is one of the most successful bodybuilders in history after Lee Haney and Arnold, but it's a pity that he gave up competitions and bodybuilding very soon, and he could have participated even until 2002, but Unfortunately, he retired very soon, I can only say that he is the third prominent bodybuilder and champion in the history of bodybuilding

Hello Mr. Yates. Great interview! If you read this comment, I would like to ask you which is your best training advice for a skinny fat male? Is HIT training method the best fit? I am 38 years old skinny fat, new to training and I want to change my body.

Calculate your tdee. Eat below your maintenance need of calories. Yes do HIT. It works. But all most importantly do something you enjoy doing. Focus on good form, good execution, control and no momentum mostly. Enjoy the ride

Serggio is right when he talks about Dorian Yates training. It's not because a training program has worked for you, it's going to work for everybody. If is was so, it should be so easy, you write one training program and you give it to everybody, you write also one diet and you tell every one to follow it, but the body doesn't work like that. Sory Dorian! It's not because yo have 6 sandows under your belt That you have all the answers

You left a whole part out - what about all the girlfriends and wives and of course the husbands and boyfriends, that went through all the bad stuff that no one will talk about. Well, people talked about proctitis and of course Sally McNeil, but there’s more . We keep silent for some reason I don’t know why that’s a lie. I do know why I’m told not to share and I was told back then not to share people don’t want to hear the downside of the story from someone’s perspective. That’s literally behind the muscle. I live that life I travel in Europe squash between Nasser and Andrea both past that’s a whole other top topic, because I miss my plane flight we lived a crazy life not all of it was good. In fact some of it was very very bad. Can we talk about that? A few of us are gonna start speaking up in our stories opportunity to rev hasn’t been accepted, so not sure what to do in that case, any ideas? Anybody wanna hear what it’s like to live with a bodybuilder and be with the pros the documentary I guess I’ll call it. Interview 790 Gateway Dr. was mentioned well. I live there and my job was well. I don’t know what my job was, but I can tell you what my personal life was anyone want to hear it?
