Apologies for how bad my audio is and Chris's camera angle in this episode, it was my 2nd time filming the S³ podcast which resulted in some ~learnigng experiences~

We call that KTP where I'm from: Knowledge Through Pain. That didn't affect the content at all. Wonderful interview, Jason.

It's all good. You prefaced it by saying that the question was going to sound weird so I wasn't surprised.

As much as this company inspires awe, you can see that it's key methodology and company values are what makes it run so well... Or at least I'd assume it runs well. I'm 19, studying engineering and hoping to create a small sole operated business within the next year. I've taken a lot of important lessons from this interview and hopefully I can apply them in my own business. Cheers S3 for a great interview

This man is onto something! I think Hadrian is working on the right thing at the right time and salute his approach to business and the world. Building such a business (especially post ZIRP) is no easy feat (even if they have geopolitical tail wind)

All the hardware, CNC, CMM, KUKA robotics are still made by foreign companies. Only Elon really remake our hardware here.

He's claiming to build his own integrated software stack, not mechanical components. Even Tesla is using lots of bought hardware too.

Stress will do that to a person. Same exact thing happened to Elon. It’s a shame cuz a healthy body keeps a healthy brain. I’d happily take time out of my day to train dudes like these for free since I know it’d be going to a great cause.

there's a difference between worthwhile sweat, blood and tears and when its shit. The worthwhile version is nice cause it's rewarding in itself, gotta keep that in mind. It's makes a polar difference qualitatively on the experience

First thing you need is customers that can afford your crap. Or robots that earn money who can do the same. Rich people in a vacuum echo chamber are funny.
